Pros: Your income is NOT limited by an hourly wage.  Your income is largely dictated by the amount of time you invest!  Growing your real estate business by adding other real estate agents and license yourself to build your own brokerage!  The growth potential is unlimited! Reach for the Sky!

You will need to prepare yourself mentally when things don’t go as planned.  Be confident in your knowledge and skills to overcome these speed bumps.  Word of Mouth spreads quickly whether it be positive or negatively.  This can affect your referral network so take care of it and always be ready to mend a bad situation.
